Low Cost Transfers
We are proud to offer excellent service at the lowest possible, all inclusive prices. Our prices are fixed and are not affected by traffic jams and diversions.
Free Waiting Time
For pick ups from airports the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the flight actual arrival time, at no extra cost. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage you must make contact to ensure that your driver will wait even after the waiting period has ended. There may be a waiting time charge after the free waiting period has ended.
For pick ups from cruise ports, train stations and hotels the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the booked pick up time, at no extra cost.
Meet and Greet
The driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge holding a sign showing your name. He will help you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
For private airport transfers, transfers from cruise ports and train stations meet and greet service is included in the price.
Flight Monitoring
Your arrival flight will be monitored for delays to ensure that you are not charged for delays or waiting time. If your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated and the driver will arrive at the meeting point at the actual arrival time of your flight. If your flight is cancelled, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Vehicle Fleet
Based on the selected trip, you will be shown a list of available vehicles for that trip.
The vehicles range from standard sedan cars and minivans to luxury sedan and minibus vehicles for up to 8 passengers. Buses for up to 54 passengers are also available on request. For shuttle transfers the vehicles used are minibus 8 seater, minibus 16 seater and full size coaches. If you would like to book a specific type of vehicle, please contact us. All vehicles used for the service are fully insured and in excellent condition. All vehicles are non smoking.
Meeting Points
The exact meeting point information will be included in your booking voucher.
At most airports the pick up point is inside the arrivals lounge of the airport, near the exit gate. For transfers from cruise ports the driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge of the terminal where your ship arrives, and for pick ups from train stations the driver will be waiting at the arrival platform of your train.
Cancellations
You will not be charged for cancellations provided that you cancel at least 12 hours before the booked transfer pick up time. After this period you may still be able to cancel with no charge up to 6 hours before the pick up time, by calling the contact number included in your booking voucher.
Online Updates
You can make changes to your reservations via the My Booking section using the log-in details contained on your booking voucher. There is no charges for making updates to your reservation.
How to book
The easiest way to book your airport transfer is via the secure online booking form. After we receive your booking request, the details of the transfer are sent to the transfer service provider who will make the appropriate arrangements. Once they confirm availability, you'll receive an email confirming your booking.
